Monica Martínez was born into a family that did not practice any religion. Her parents divorced when she was ten years old, and Monica sought refuge in the Baptist Church, invited by a friend. Growing up, she discovered other Protestant denominations, but did not experience that they had the whole truth. All she knew was that she was never going to become Catholic. She even broke up with her boyfriend because he was Catholic. Little by little the Lord opened her heart and won her over, especially through His teaching on the Eucharist in John 6. Then Monica's life took a 180˚ turn.
