Grainne grew up in a typical Irish family regarding the Faith. At the age of ten, she went through her parents' separation, which left its mark on her. As a teen, Grainne went full into what the world offered: parties, alcohol, impurity, vanity... She had only one motivation: to fit in. An invitation to a retreat from a university friend, whose joy fascinated Grainne, made her encounter the Lord again and return to the sacraments. From that moment on, her life changed completely.
