Sinéad was raised in a family which practiced the Catholic faith. However, after her mother was unable to respond to her question of why they went to Mass, her whole family stopped going to church and Sinéad --who was then in her teenage years-- began to explore the world. She became fascinated by the Gothic world and witchcraft, and her university roommate eventually ended up casting a spell on her. Many unfortunate things began to happen in her life, which led up to Sinéad speaking with a priest. After he prayed over her, Sinéad began her change of life.
